What is your returns policy?

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase please let us know. Wrong size, wrong color, not what you expected, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. Please contact us via email at info@gigisapparel.com or phone 888-323-0711 for returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

How and where do you ship?

All of our products are shipped with frills! We know that little something extra means a lot to our customers so we package with care. We ship all of our hats and cotton headbands in a colorful round hatbox with rose petals. Hair Clips and Plastic Headbands come in a lavender organza bag. 

We love to see Gigis Apparel products everywhere we go. We are happy to say that we can ship to virtually any address in the world.

How can I clean my Gigis Apparel hat or headband?

All of our cotton hats and headbands come with a removable flower hair clip making them machine washable.

Are Gigis Apparel products good gifts?

Yes! Gigis Apparel products are all shipped in decorative and protective packaging. If requested we will include a hand written note to your recipient. We also offer easy to purchase gift certificates online.
